Sunday night thoughts from your pastor...

I few thoughts before crashing tonight...

1. I was created and designed to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I count it as a privilege the opportunity to convey the message of Christ three times (back-to-back) every Sunday. Have I mentioned that I love to preach?

2. Our worship experience was phenomenal today. All three services exalted and focused on the God who is worthy of our praise. I'm a very blessed pastor surrounded with an immense number of worshippers who lead our three gatherings into the presence of God.

3. Seeing my three kids participate in today's Christmas musical brought joy and deep gratitude not only as a father, but especially as a husband. Areli is an amazing wife who models Christlikeness at home. Areli makes pastoral ministry a lot easier and my kids always free me to preach the whole counsel of God.

4. I love the real church, I love His church, I love people, I love community, I love Sundays. I love my church.

5. Part 3 of our Christmas series, "Pursuing the King" A Journey through the Book of Micah, has changed my perspective on the birth of Jesus. I love to teach/preach the Old Testament. I'm eager to close up the series next week and see how the Lord transforms our church thru His Word. 12 people came to Christ throughout our 3 services.

6. Join me in prayer as we continue to lift up multiple church members who have been hospitalized this week. Help me pray for their spouses, kids and parents as they all start a brand new week without them at home, for now.

7. My beautiful middle-child, Rebecca Yemima, continues to put a smile on my face. I love my 13 year old young lady. #daddy'slittlegirl

8. Major transition in my life and vocation taking place this week. Ready to create the future.

Blessings,

Vidal
