Definition of Marriage and the Family:

- to express the image of God by exercising dominion under submission

* Marriage spells out L-E-G-A-C-Y (Gen 2:24)

“leave and be united” 

- future marriage of children (discipleship)

1. Prioritize relationships: God - Spouse - Kids

2. Model a healthy emotional relationship with parents for children “leaving”

3. No gap allowed: leave young - enter marriage

- Leave home

- Complete formal education

- Find a job

- Get marry

- Start a family

4. Two options: quick or simultaneous transition

- Antidote of extended adolescence:
